I live in a townhome in New Prague and saw that you represent a similar unit. I am interested in finding out information and legal advice to aid me with my decisions. My goals are to understand my legal risks surrounding the foreclosure, stay at the property for as long as is reasonable and to limit the impact on my credit for a faster recovery. Thank you.

Researching the possibility of doing a strategic default when I came across your web page. However, what about the bottom line? Are you positive in regards to the supply?|What i do not realize is if truth be told how you're now not actually a lot more neatly-preferred than you might be now. You are so intelligent.

Thanks , I have just been searching for information about this subject for a while and yours is the greatest I’ve discovered so far. The first mortgage could really care less about a second mortgage or your best interests. A foreclosure by the first mortgage does not cancel the debt that is owed to the second mortgage. All the foreclosure did was remove the lien the second mortgage had against the property.
From the information you provided, the second mortgage debt is still owed and the second mortgage may have up to six years to take legal action to collect the debt from you. I would suggest that you contact an attorney to look into your options for debt settlement (e.g. bankruptcy).

Hi Jodi,<br
